Frans de Winter (24-08-1977) is an artist pur sang, having been classically schooled at the Royal academy of Art in Den Haag (1995-2000) and the Frank Mohr institute M.F.A. Painting in Groningen (2000-2001). His work has been exhibited internationally, one being a solo showing as part of the 2014 Geuzenpenning ceremony, and he curated multiple exhibitions over the last 2 decades himself. His new website is still under construction, but when that’s up and running Double Dutch magazine will be Featuring Frans for sure!
