Madhav Rathi is a photographer and filmmaker from Mumbai, based in Bengaluru, India. Drawn to image-making through cinema, he photographs the streets of Indian cities, looking at labour, colour and the small negotiations of everyday life. His photography appears in the November 2026 issue of Monograph. His black and white series Small Repairs looks at the people who fix, wash and press things by hand at the side of the road. His short documentary Old Wastage Shop (2026) follows two people who run a scrap shop in Bengaluru.
